Help 500,000,000 people.

By February 13, 2040. That's the goal. Everything below it on this page exists to get there, and every day on the battle plan has to move it.

Purpose

Purposes

Leave a massive legacy: something my friends, my children and my family are proud of.

Policy · the rules I operate by

W·D·A·A

01War

Do the hard thing. There's an enemy; face it instead of avoiding it.

02Discipline

The learning curve. Things are hardest first. Keep going anyway.

03Art

The glimpse at the end of the tunnel: "Oh, I can do this."

04Abundance

Mastery. It pays, and it keeps paying.

Standing orders: be as aggressive as possible · go deep, not shallow · choose hard over easy.

Plan

The strategic plan

Lock in the mornings → build a stable base that buys back my hours → go deep on one engine (Outlet Domains) to $1,000/day → build the personal brand in public the whole time.

Every item on this scale has to agree with every other item and with the goal. If one is out of line, the program jams.

Structure: Plan → Programs (folders) → Projects (major phases, where the targets live) → Orders (who does what by when).

Programs · open a folder

Programs

Inside every project: target types, in order

Major: the broad aim. · Primary: somebody there → worthwhile purpose → somebody responsible → structure planned → structure held → operating. · Vital: what must be done to operate at all. · Conditional: find out first; if it's OK, go. · Operating: exact actions plus a scheduled time. · Production: quantities against time, set last, after the others.

Every target must be terminable: doable, finishable, completable.

The Morning Machine

▸

The first hours decide the day. Study, workout, visualize, record, in that order, every day.

Project 1.1 · Install the routine
MajorMorning routine runs 7 days a week without thinking about it. PrimaryFixed wake time. Clothes, study material and camera set up the night before. VitalPhone stays off until the routine is done. Never skip two days in a row. ConditionalIf I'm travelling (SLC), run a 30-minute travel version instead of skipping. OperatingStudy → workout → visualize → record the video, done by the fixed time. Production7/7 days logged each week.

Stable Base: +$3–4K/month

▸

Enough steady income to drop rideshare hours and fund my own projects. LV could end at any time, so the base can't depend on her.

Project 2.1 · LV: run it as admin training
MajorDeliver every LV cycle on time and write every LV job as a program with targets, to train my admin skill. VitalDeliver what she's paying for on time, every cycle. OperatingRun her work with programs and battle plans too, and practice this system on it. ProductionSales generated per week (drives the 35%).
Project 2.2 · Signature Steve: Sundays only
MajorBring Steve jobs at 35%, all contained to one day. PrimaryA simple lead list and a pitch I can send in batches. OperatingSunday block: prospect, follow up, hand off. ProductionJobs brought per month.
Project 2.3 · Replace rideshare
MajorOne consistent $3–4K/month source so rideshare hours drop to zero. ConditionalFind out which is fastest: a second retainer client like LV, or Steve commissions. Go with whichever converts first. OperatingCut rideshare hours step by step as each new dollar lands. ProductionRideshare hours per week falling to 0.

Outlet Domains → $1,000/day

▸

The one engine I go deep on. The model is a network-marketing (MLM) structure. Details come on the business admin scale.

Project 3.1 · Design the model
MajorA compensation plan and product that people can sell and recruit into. ConditionalFind out the legal line first: the business has to earn from real product sales to customers, not from recruitment. Confirm before launch. VitalA product people would buy even if there were no opportunity attached. OperatingMap the product, the price and the commission levels on one page.
Project 3.2 · Hire / recruit
MajorThe first people who sell, so the revenue doesn't run on my hours. PrimaryOnboarding doc plus a script, built with AI agents. ProductionNew sellers per week. Sales per seller.
Project 3.3 · Scale to $1,000/day
Major$1,000/day held for 30 days straight. ProductionRevenue per day, reviewed every night.

Get Known: Personal Brand

▸

A personal brand is serious business. It's the road to the VFP: an opinion people seek out.

Project 4.1 · One video every morning
MajorRecord and post one video every day. PrimaryCamera spot, mic and a posting workflow that takes 10 minutes or less. VitalPost it the same day. Never let footage sit. OperatingRecord → AI agent cuts clips and captions → post. Production7 videos/week. Followers/week. Reach/week.

Existing Scene → Ideal Scene

Where I am. Where I'm going.

Existing

  • 39, about to be 40.
  • Not proud of my body yet. On my way up.
  • On the Bridge at Pro Metering, with my way up already paid for. Getting my wild thoughts under control.
  • I own the assets: realityshow.com, realityshowauditions.com, Outlet Domains, internet skill.
  • I've been shallow across a lot of things and haven't executed deep on one.
  • Income: LV ($1,500 every 2 weeks + 35%), Signature Steve (35% of jobs I bring), rideshare to fill the gap. Rideshare eats my hours.
  • Haven't yet broken $1,000/day.
  • Driving to Salt Lake City weekly for the woman I'm dating.
  • It's me plus AI agents. No team.

Ideal

  • I wake up in a place with super high ceilings.
  • I'm with a woman who makes me happy and excited.
  • My children and my son are with me.
  • I talk to super important people every week.
  • My work impacts many millions of people.
  • I'm excited about what I'm working on, every day.
  • $1,000+/day running on a system and a team, not on my hours.
  • My morning routine is dialed in and automatic.
The gap isn't talent or assets. It's depth and daily execution.

A man whose opinion is sought out by the most influential minds in the world.

  • With the awards, recognition, followers and money that come with accomplishing things at that scale.
Battle Plan · the goal, broken into today

Battle Plan

Doable targets for today and this week that push a piece of the strategic plan forward, and handle anything blocking a target. The question isn't "what do I do tomorrow?" It's "what exact actions carry out this part of the plan, with what I've got?" If a line doesn't trace to a program, cut it.

Maxims of Programming

Rules for running programs

  1. Any idea is better than no idea, even poorly executed.
  2. A program has to be executed to be effective.
  3. A program in motion gets worked on, not ignored.
  4. No time for it? Don't start it. Push the programs already running.
  5. Every program needs money: have it, know where it's coming from, or be certain the program brings it in.
  6. Every program needs a supervisor, or it gets dropped. (Me, checked at the Sunday review.)
  7. The best program reaches the greatest number and does the greatest good.
  8. Programs must pay for themselves.
  9. Programs must create increasing interest, so people want to contribute.
  10. A program that robs a working program, or interrupts its people, is a bad program.
  11. Never spend more on a program than you can get back right away.
  12. Don't start a new program that blocks an ongoing one or cuts its income.

Programs fail only when target types aren't worked out or aren't kept in. Keep every target going until it's done.
